We'll start with a detailed one anamnese with which I can assess the current state of your body and your training experience.
Data are determined, such as size and body fat percentage, as well as blood pressure / pulse, previous health problems and training goals, and possibly also smaller tests.

Based on this data and any additional information I can start a training plan, which is exactly tailored to your wishes and ideas.

After planning we come to the actual training.
It is your decision whether you want to train in my private studio, at home, in the office or in nature.
I offer the necessary flexibility and equipment to meet your wishes as best as possible.

periodically We will use the data initially determined to check how far the success has progressed.
In line with this, the program will be adapted accordingly to the progress to advance.
